Billing Specialist
Jamia (she/her/hers) assists mental health private practices with all aspects of insurance billing and claims. She is the owner/operator of Collaborative Care Solutions, LLC, which specializes in optimizing completed/paid insurance claims for therapists. Jamia interfaces directly with clients for benefits verification, payment collection, and other administrative tasks. Jamia has assisted therapists in collecting thousands of dollars in unpaid claims, organized electronic medical records, and she’s a part of our team because of her amazing customer service. She is warm, kind, energetic, and passionate about helping others.
