Meet Trina
Trina Gross, LMSW
Therapist | Coach
As a Black, queer, neurodivergent woman navigating a world not always built with her in mind, Trina (she/they) knows firsthand how deeply transformative it can be to feel seen, heard, and safe, especially in therapy. For too long, she felt the pressure to push through, stay small, or mask parts of herself just to survive. That lived experience now fuels her passion for creating radically affirming and liberatory spaces where clients can show up fully as they are, without apology.
Trina is a Licensed Master Social Worker who supports BIPOC, LGBTQ+, and other marginalized individuals navigating anxiety, identity exploration, self-worth, life transitions, relationship challenges, and the deep impacts of racial and intergenerational trauma. Trina understands that therapy is more than just talking, it's about unlearning, remembering, and being. She believes in therapy that moves at your pace, challenges oppressive narratives, and centers rest, spaciousness, and possibility. In the room, she shows up as a collaborator, guide, and witness, walking alongside clients as they explore what healing looks and feels like for them.
Outside of therapy, Trina is on her own journey of soft living, self-discovery, and intentional movement. She’s embracing a nomadic lifestyle and expanding access to care beyond borders, supporting clients in crafting lives rooted in freedom, community, and self-trust.
